Round-the-clock guarding is a rostering problem as much as a security one. Holiday, sickness, shift handover and fatigue are what break continuous contracts, so we plan for them rather than reacting when they happen.
Every officer is SIA licensed and background checked before their first shift, and briefed on your site specifically: the layout, the access points, the fire routes, the escalation route and what a normal day looks like so they can spot one that is not.
Officers report into a named supervisor and a documented chain of command, backed by our 24 hour control room. You get patrol and incident reporting you can act on rather than a signature in a book.
