We phase cover to match. Deployable towers and dog units early, gatehouse and contractor induction once the site is populated, and a reducing presence as the building is handed over.
Gatehouse cover produces the contractor induction and access records that principal contractors are asked for, and that are difficult to reconstruct afterwards.
Because towers, patrols, dog units and gatehouse all come from us, cover changes with a phone call rather than a new procurement exercise each time the programme moves.
