Covered from Burntwood, not from a call centre
We operate from Spear House in Burntwood, Staffordshire. That puts Birmingham, the Black Country and most of Staffordshire inside a short drive, and it is why we will agree alarm response times in writing for those areas. Further out we take contracted and planned work, where the team is on site rather than travelling to it, and we will tell you plainly where that line falls.
Areas we cover
Not on the list?
These are the areas we are asked for most often, not a boundary. If your site sits outside them, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier, including when the answer is no.
Book a free site survey
We would rather see the site than quote from a description.
What happens next
Your enquiry goes straight to the operations team. We aim to respond within 48 hours to arrange a survey. The survey is free and carries no obligation.
What to tell us
- The site or sites, and where they are
- The hours you need covered, including nights and weekends
- What is on site worth protecting, and anything that has already happened
- Whether you need people, systems, or both
