We plan event cover around the venue and the audience rather than a headcount formula. Ingress and egress, queue layout, search positions, accreditation points, pit and barrier cover, welfare and the escalation route into event control are agreed in advance.
Every steward and officer is background checked and trained before deployment, and briefed on your event rather than events in general.
We work into existing event management structures rather than around them. Where you have an event plan, a safety officer and a control room, we staff into that.
Dog units for search and deterrence and close protection for specific individuals come from the same organisation, which means one briefing and one chain of command on the day.
Event work sits alongside our stadium and matchday operations, and teams travel: we cover events from Birmingham through to Manchester and London.
