Our 24 hour control room monitors camera and alarm events and acts on them. An activation produces a response: audio challenge where fitted, verification, escalation to your nominated contacts, police where justified, and mobile officers to site where needed.
Remote guarding uses the same capability to cover a site that would otherwise need a physical post. On industrial units, compounds and construction sites that is often the difference between affordable cover and no cover.
Because our mobile patrol and key holding teams are ours, escalation does not involve handing your site to a third party at the point it matters.
Every event is logged with time, action taken and outcome, and that record is available to you.
